My Story
I’ve been in the new homes and housing industry since 1987.
During that time I have learnt not only how to sell homes, but how to market them in a way that optimises the sales journey at every step.
Working with new homes developers, I assist housebuilders with land appraisals and sales strategies and offer valuable, independent guidance and advice on ‘sticky plots’ or slow selling developments.
Reviewing new home sales and marketing activity through the eyes of your customers, I deliver a robust report detailing a host of small but significant actions that will improve the quality of enquiries, increase footfall and ultimately lead to a better rate of conversion.
Whether you have a single plot that is not selling, a house type you are struggling to secure interest in, or a development that is not making its sales target, I will create a business plan to get your sales rate back on track.
